Returns & Exchanges Policy

Rules

• All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of delivery.
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost and adding a tracking number (we are not responsible for any lost returns in-transit).
• You are responsible for not applying a discount code during checkout.
• You must have proof of purchase.

Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you wish to receive a refund, you will need to mail us back the item (you are responsible for return shipping costs). Email us at support@householdinventions.com and we will provide you with the return address.

Our staff will verify the integrity of the product and will issue a full refund once inspections are complete.

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you wish to exchange your product for another size or colour, you will need to mail us back the item (you are responsible for return shipping costs). Email us at support@householdinventions.com with details of the product you want exchanged and we will provide you with the return address.
